I'm the owner of Piroshki on 3rd, a snug little East European bakery in downtown Seattle. Back in 2016, I jumped in and thought, "Why not mix it up a little?". With my Filipino background as my guide, I cooked up the idea of the "Pinoyshki"— imagine your usual piroshki, but packed with the taste of the Philippines. 

Then the pandemic happened, and we had to change our game plan. Things definitely aren't the same, but we're tough cookies. We're currently dusting ourselves off and heading to Capitol Hill, taking on a new identity that's closer to my roots, "Pinoyshki". Despite the whole whirlwind, our love for good eats and our awesome community keeps us pumped and ready for more.
